Persistent bumps: Unlikely that these 2 bumps are related. Both should be examined by a physician/dentist if persistent, painful, bleeding or if you have symptoms of fever, weight loss or sweats. The ear bump is likely a sebaceous cyst and the oral bump is likely a mucous gland that is irritated.
