Probably not: there are several calcifications norm in the neck mostly thyroid cartilage. abnormal would be carotid artery disease.

Not enough info: calcifications could be anything. Your blood vessels, bones etc. cancer in the neck rarely will show up as cancer, but if you are worried you should show complete report to your doctor who could also examine you appropriately
