Recommend mri cervic: an mri cervical is a much better test than ct to diagnose pinched nerve or herniated disc.

Gas?: a bloated stomach with gas or fluid may push on the bottom of the left lung or u may have a paralyzed diaphragm

Get a ct: could be kidney stone or a musculoskeltal issue or even pneumonia in the right lung base . the colon lives up there too diverticultis also possible

Yes with: routine mri for ms includes contrast to see active plaques but if the mri with no dye was normal you likely don't have ms
