I have a 2cm complex cyctic multinodule goiter on my right thyroid and a 4 cm one on my left side no calcifications what are the chances its cancer ?

Cancer risk: Each nodule has a 5% chance of cancer. Your nodules are large and should be evaluated (biopsy). Keep in mind that the bigger the nodule, the higher the risk that the biopsy will come back negative (benign) although the cancer is still there (false negative). You are very young and if the nodules are causing some compressive symptoms now, surgery might be a good option for you.
