Relaxationmeditation: The best millennia old way to reduce anxiety is relaxation exercise, meditation twice or thrice daily, yoga, tai-chi, martial arts, exercise, enough sleep, regular meals, and slowing down your pace of life so that you become more centered. Knowing how to bring your heart, your mind and your soul together is key in this process. In doing all of the above you are lighting up your frontal lobes.
