Is pain normal 3 weeks after ankle surgery? . i got tendon subluxation , tightened ligaments and scews out but the screw got stuck.

Yes: Your body needs more time to heal. I will say at least 6-8 weeks is the "normal" time frame for the type of surgery you have received. Not really sure what you mean by screw got stuck? I highly recommend you do let your surgeon know about the pain and if the pain is out of proportion there may be something wrong.
