I've been super tired lately. almost in a fog. get 8-11 hours asleep a night. usually 9 during the week. what can i do to change this?

See a doctor: There are many possible causes of your symptoms: many type of infections (bacterial, viral, fungal, parasitic, including Lyme disease), anemia, nutrient deficiencies,toxic exposures,thyroid & other hormonal problems, sleep apnea, stress, depression etc. It is impossible for anyone here to diagnose you further. See a good doctor, preferably one with a holistic perspective,for a thorough evaluation.
