Hard to be sure: At that weight you are have a higher risk of sleep apnea, which is a commonly underdiagnosed condition. The sleep you do get may not enter the deeper stages needed for restorative sleep. I suggest you write down all the issues you have with any time frame you can remember. Take the list to your doc & get a checkup. Ask specifically if you need a sleep study.
