Amblyopia unrelated: Amblyopia is from never developing the "tracks" from the eye to the brain and can be caused by many things. Headaches and vomiting are caused by many things but are unrelated to the eyes. Your pediatrician can tell with more detailed questioning, but a tumor, while possible, would be very rare. The old saying is, "When you hear hooves, think of horses, not zebras (tumor)."
