24f have constant, non-pulsatile, tinnitus in both ears for ~6 months. doc recommended flonase, but it hasn't helped and at follow up there is no fluid in ears. i have an ent appt in a couple months. how concerned should i be? likelihood of a tumor?

There can be many causes for these symptoms. Tumor would be an extreme rarity. Pl keep your ENT appointment. I hope your cause and found and treated.
