It depends: For an normal, healthy adult - esp a male - it's okay to have up to 400mg - but what matters to each individual is unique. How do you feel? Does your doctor advise differently w/ good reasons you can understand? It can be good for the liver except NEVER take Tylenol (acetaminophen) type pain meds around caffiene. Coffee can have mixed EFX on thyrois - so ask your Dr.
