A 16-year-old member asked:
Is coffee inherently bad? or is it just the caffeine that makes it so?

Neither: Neither coffee nor caffeine are inherently bad. If caffeine makes you jittery, nervous, pee a lot, you can take decaffeinated drinks. However, not taking coffee or caffeine is just as good.
