Pregnancy rhinitis: Nasal congestion of varying degree is not uncommon during pregnancy, experienced in about a third of pregnant women, believed to be due to normal changes. It usually resolved completely few weeks after delivery. More specific causes such as allergic rhinitis and sinusitis are too possible. The OB or one's regular doctor can address this and rarely consultation with ENT or allergist is required.

Safe to use saline: your nasal congestion may be from seasonal allergies, or may just be due to pregnancy. Either way saline nasal rinses like ocean mist, or the generic equivalent, are safe to use in pregnancy
