See an ENT: Or an allergist, but confer with your doctor first. Nasal congestion can be due to several reasons, most common is chronic rhinitis, nasal inflammation, which can be allergic in nature. Can also be due to certain drugs you use regularly or the environment around you. At any rate you need evaluation, check aaaai.org or acaai.org for an allergist in your area, good luck
