Try Afrin (oxymetazoline) spray: You may have a deviated septum--which your ENT doc should have been able to correct. Alternatively, try OTC Afrin nasal spray (or its generic equivalent). Afrin may be addictive with prolonged use (i.e., you may need to use it chronically)--but it's a pretty harmless "addiction,"--especially when considering the alternative (i.e., inability to breath).
