Tinea: A picture of your rash would help. Could be tinea versicolor.

Non-itchy rash: Many possibilities: might be sensitivity to bath soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dyes/ chemicals in new (unwashed) shirt, cologne or body spray; if u sweat a lot, might be prickly heat; might be viral infection like measles/ rubella. Cool compresses & oral antihistamine (claritin/zyrtec/benadryl) may help. See doc for close exam of rash for more exact possibilities.
