Pregnancy Test: No PID will not give you a positive pregnancy test. Home pregnancy tests are very accurate in fact the are the same tests that are used in offices. unless these tests were expired this is very curious. Did they do another urine test in the ER or a blood test. I think it is time to see your regular family doc or gyn to get to the bottom of this.
