Transmigration: The phenomenon occurs when fertilizarion occurs let's say on the left and the embrio drops out if the frimbrial end of the tube and migrates to the right tube. In the meantime the embrio is replicating and may be to big to make it to the uterine cavity. It gets stucked in the tube, ectopic pregnancy.
