Looks Positive?: Do mean that a 2nd pregnancy test was positive? When? If so, you might well be pregnant. Still too early for a sono. With history of pid it's important to confirm that any pregnancy is in the uterus and not in the tubes. You should consult with your gyn provider for proper management. Good luck.

Finish antibiotics: When someone has a pelvic infection it is most important to finish the antibiotics, even if there is a chance of pregnancy. If the most recent home pregnancy test looks possibly positive, get a blood pregnancy test tomorrow - that is the most accurate to tell if you are pregnant or not. Tell your doctor your concerns.
