Fever, joint pain: There are many infections, often viral, that combine fever with joint pains, but there are also non-infectious inflammatory conditions that do this, including Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis, collagen vascular diseases, and so on. If this continues it would be prudent to have her seen and evaluated by a pediatrician. Take her temps, record pulse and respirations and take this with you.
