May be physiological: You've told us a lot of different symptoms. To try to put this in the one diagnosis is difficult. A medical evaluation would be very beneficial. You would need to look at things like your blood count, your kidney and liver function, your thyroid function, and even do you have a connective tissue disease. These are some of things I would suggest you ask your physician to evaluate

First: question is: do you smoke cigarettes? Smoking can cause coldness in the feet, or Buerger's disease. So if you do smoke, please try to quit using patches etc. Also, when was your last complete blood test and physical exam? You need one every 6 months. Frequesnt urination is a sign of Diabetes.
