Infant head: Most likely nothing to worry about. The infant has islands of bone on their scalp at birth allowing them to mold through the birth canal. Most of the time, these come together and fuse naturally. Sounds normal to me. :)

Likely nothing: Newborn babies often have interesting little peculiarities which reflect each human being's uniqueness and the miracle of formation, but usually, however interesting or concerning, these things either spontaneously resolve or disappear. So if there's no history of trauma, and the infant is eating, making dirty and wet diapers, and acting normally, this finding is nothing to be concerned about.
