Dry irritated skin: The dry irritated skin on your forehead could be from an acne cream but it could also be eczema or seborrhea (dandruff of the face).You could try an over the counter Hydrocortisone cream and see if that helps. If it persists you should see a dermatologist. You are too young to be suffering from this problem. You also want to be sure the dryness is not pre-skin cancers.Don't let it persist
