3mon old screams approx 6/630 every night.should that be bedtime? is it way too early? usually we feed her 630-7 and to bed after that.

No worries: If the screaming is the same time every night, your baby is acting fine all the rest of the time, and is gaining weight at a healthy pace, it's likely infant colic. (A comment: No one really knows what causes colic, but purposeless crying in early infancy is common. Occasionally "reflux", food allergy or both play a role, but IMHO these are too often diagnosed based on too little evidence!)
