?? Reflux ??: If your child really is suffering from reflux, some of the very acidly contents of the stomach will be coming back up the esophagus into the mouth and cause an unpleasant sensation. The mess given for presumed reflux just tell the stomach cells to produce less acid. They do not eliminate the acid that was there already. See a competent pediatric gastroenterologist.
