My son is almost 9months old. the last week he has been on and off with milk feedings and eating. today he is crying and screaming a lot and only drank milk at half past 12 since 11 pm last night... he also does not want to eat..?

9 month not eating: There are a lot of unknows here. Does he have constipation? When was last BM? last wet diaper? diarrhea? fever? eating anything? Vomiting after feeds? Pulling on his ear? Cough or nasal congestion? Would follow up today with MD/pediatric urgent care today as may need intervention/medication or imaging.
