pain/aching in back of left bicep. serious aching. sometimes it's also in my pinky and ring finger too. it can be directly above or below my elbow too?

Bicep pain: Was there trauma? or repetivie movement involving the elbow? swelling? Try ice 10 minutes on 50 minutes off 4 x a day , NSAIDS , kinesiotape,may need xray to rule out fracture, avulsion if associated with trauma. Tingling can be ulnar nerve irritation,can be from bicep tendonitis..Check that it is not thoracic outlet involvement follow up with doc/urgent care.
