See your OB: Your message is not very clear, but if your period is delayed by more than a week, you need to check a urine pregnancy test, and take it from there

Late period.: Usually a late menstruatal period signifies pregnancy so a pregnancy test would be the first step to take to clarify the issue. Consult a doctor urgently or go to the emergency department if a missed period is accompanied by abdominal pain or vaginal bleeding as a misplaced pregnancy in the tube can be lethal.

Pregnancy most likely: The most common reason for having a skipped period in a newly wed is pregnancy. If you are not using birth control that's by far the most logical explanation. a home pregnancy test is normally positive in just 7-10 days after conception so this will tell you if that's the cause.
