Pt.Desires pregnancy: CLOFERT is indicated for treatment of ovulatory dysfunction in women desiring pregnancy. Patients expected to achieve success with clomifene therapy include those with polycystic ovary syndrome, amenorrhea-galactorrhea syndrome, psychogenic amenorrhea, post-oral-contraceptive amenorrhea etiology.It is given in dose of 50mg for 5 days followed by second 100 mg dose.
