Therapy: Frozen shoulders are difficult to treat. I am assuming its not caused by a rotator cuff tear or other mechanical problem causing it. Frozen shoulders require methods to reduce pain such as Tylenol, (acetaminophen) other pain meds used carefully which also include anti inflammatories. Steroid injection to the shoulder can be helpful. Physical therapy needs to be added quickly and maybe the main treatment
