My mother bought me aveeno (oatmeal) leave in conditioner and told me to apply it to my scalp since i had shaved all my hair off. but now my scalp itches alot.

Stop using it: It appears that you have developed a contact allergy to the Aveeno (oatmeal) Leave (never heard of this leave until now). You must stop using it and may try topical hydrocortisone cream . If it is not strong enough, ask your doctor to get you something more potent.
