My son is 6 yrs old & has strep. gave 1st dose of amoxicilan friday @ 2:30. 6pm he had hives all over chest/lip swollen. haven't given anymore meds.

Better see his MD: if he hasn't had any problem since then, that's fine, but still he needs something for his strep pharyngitis,
