Fasiculations: Fasiculations may be a benign finding but when localized to only one part of your body it might be a sign of nerve damage; you say that you are having arm and neck pain which raises the possibility that you might have irritation of one of cervical (neck) nerve roots. If present, it would also explain why you see Fasiculations. If your signs/symptoms worsen/ persists consider a visit to your MD
