Nerve issue: Electrical shock sensations along an arm are always suspicious for nerve issues - especially now if you hare having finger changes. Left arm parathesias: Do you do repetitive work like computer work?Consider thoracic outlet syndrome, cervical disc degeneration, possible carpal tunnel in your left wrist rarely MS. rest for 2-4 days from repetitive work. Try motrin 200 mg 2 tabs 2-3 x a day x 5 (if not allergic or ulcer) Consider cspine xray, EMG,physical exam,possible sonogram/CT/MRI F/U w/doc
