I m 7 wks pregnant with no symptoms whatsoever. i had a scan done in 6w4d and saw baby's heartbeat. is it true no symptoms means risk of miscarriage?

No: Congratulations on your pregnancy and not yet having the "out of body" experience of nausea, vomiting or other joys of pregnancy. As long as the pregnancy continues to progress and develop, miscarriage is not a concern.
