TOS ?: 28 yo female has unilateral "arm falling asleep at night". This might be a symptom of Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. See either a Physiatrist or an Osteopath. There are other disorders that can cause the symptoms however. Go sooner than later if you have a chronic cough.
