When i lay or sleep on my left side my right arm falls asleep. theres nothing on it so im unclear why it would happen. what could be the cause?

Arm numb: If this persists I would see my PCP. It may be due to either a nerve getting pinched in your neck or pressure on the large group of nerve that go to your arm and lie just in front of the shoulder.
