I have myelofibrosis and my left arm falls asleep when i sleep and takes several hours to "wake up" feels lead, upper outer portion of arm?

"pinched" nerve.: Sounds like a peripheral neuropathy not likely related to the myelofibrosis. Should look for a "pinched" nerve somewhere between your neck and your wrist. This frequently happens during sleep. I'll bet sleeping in a chair cures your symptom.
