Not at all: What you describe is absolutely NOT the story patients tell who are suspected of having MS.

Not MS symptoms: Sounds like you are compressing your ulnar nerve at the elbow when your arm is flexed at night. This is NOT MS, and should not cause you alarm, unless the numbness persists when up an about. If so, contact your doctor and get EMG testing.
