Nerve compression: The position you sleep in may be causing compression of a neurovascular bundle. The nerves and blood vessels that supply the hand and forearm pass into the arm under the pectoralis muscle and may be getting squeezed by sleeping on your side in a scrunched up position. Doing pect stretches before bed may help.
