A member asked:

Can your gallbladder not functioning cause liver emzymes to be high on blood work? mine where a little high. also i'm on prilosec and took fluconazole

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Normally not: Your gallbladder does not usually increase your liver enzymes. Stones from your gallbladder can pass into the common bile duct and cause increased liver enzymes because the common bile duct is blocked.
