A 37-year-old female asked:

Ct scan noted trace ascites in pelvis. unremarkable organs (liver, pancreas, gallbladder, kidneys, etc). cyst on right ovary. 37yo female. unremarkable blood work including liver enzymes and kidney function. what could cause a note of trace ascites?
