If i don't have acromegaly, what could cause my sudden 3 inch growth in height in late 30s? this comes after about 15 years of no change in height.

Interesting: Well, if it were me...I'd take the 3 inches cuz I could use it since I'm pretty sure I've been shrinking. If you've been DEFINITELY told by a specialist that acromegaly is not the diagnosis then, honestly, I can't say what could cause that kind of growth spurt at age 30 after no change in height for 15 years. Have you seen an endocrinologist? Have you had to change your shoes/clothing? voice?
