Is it possible for 36 yo f to have sudden growth spurt of several inches after no change in height for 14 yrs.? no acromegaly or other changes or symptoms. what can cause this? maybe its just in my mind? not sure of prior ht to compare measurements?

It might just be in your mind. Without prior height measurements there is no reference point.

You growth has stopped and to have a growth spurt after 14 years would make me thing that the devices used to measure your height were out of calibration before or after this time. Ask the Drs who measured you height to check that their systems are/were in calibration. Maybe you need to check the calibration your brain is using if you think it is in your mind. ;-) Dr humor.
