Confusing!: Truly excessive GH is a rare condition with causes rapid growth if your growth plates are still open (generally younger than age 16) and acromegaly if you are an adult and growth plates are closed. There is no chance that excessive GH would cause your closed growth plates to reopen but I may have misinterpreted your question.
