Background info: It sounds like perhaps this is form a radiology report. Maybe this is form a sonogram report. In order to interpret a radiology report the doctor needs to know the clinical background information such as who the patient is and why the particular study is being done. Without that an accurate analysis can not be done. Check with the doctor who ordered the test and ask for the interpretation
