Never give up!: I recommend you talk to a therapist, and sometimes taking anti-depressant meds really can help with the crying, sleeplessness, and all those thoughts going thru your head.Sometimes it takes an outsider to help you see it from another perspective; cognitive behavior therapy helps you do just that. Please find someone experienced and have a talk-there is always hope, don't stop believing.
