Yes: Pedialyte is fine. You can also try accupressure bands like are used for morning sickness and there is prescription medication that can also be used. Hope this helps.

Yes Pedialyte better: than just water because while 98% water it also has a balanced concentration of salts though also some sugar (commonly not so great). Thus it can help replace electrolytes (salts) which also routinely lost with diarrhea.
