My sons temperature is riding at 100 degrees for about 7 hours i have given him t tylenol water and pedialyte it doesn't seem to be getting better hes had multiple ear infections i don't know what to do?

Hard to know: A temperature of 100 F is hardly worth treating or much worry. I would not treat it at all. Most kid illness at that age are self healing viruses. If he takes well enough to pee every 6 hrs or better you can just monitor things at home. If his look spooks you have him seen.
