Hello. : Hello. Don't know how long you have been vomiting for. If you feel lightheaded or dizzy with going from a lying to stitting position or from sitting to standing that could be a sign of hypotension. If your fasting pulse rate is rapid (ie 120), especially if you pulse rate increases by 20 or more when getting up, those are signs that you are likely significantly dehydrated. If this is the case, recommend that you do go to the er or an urgent care clinic (that can give IV fluids) for intravenous hydration. They will also be likely to give you medication to help with your vomiting. You sound like you feel miserable. I hope you are feeling better soon. Take care.
